I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel with my family. The hotel is located in a lovely, quiet area with beautiful gardens that create a serene atmosphere. The rooms were clean, well-arranged, and had a charming African-style decor. The attention to detail, especially in the shower area with its wooden border and decorative tile walls, was impressive.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great, nothing to improve.

The staff is incredibly hospitable and ready to cater to your needs. The restaurant serves delicious and fresh food, with menus readily available for vegetarian guests.

Some staff are not very efficient and there is no music in the dining room.

The hotel lacked maintenance in some areas. The lounge chairs by the pool didn't have cushions, and some of the drinks at the bar were overpriced.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the complementary fresh juice and tea/coffee in the room. The location close to town was very convenient for shopping. Additionally, the free WiFi allowed me to keep in touch with friends and family back home.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was fabulous. The room was huge and clean, with a comfortable bed and great air conditioning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The best part was the beautiful outdoor pool surrounded by palm trees, which we enjoyed every day. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the nearby area and attractions.

The only negative aspect of the hotel was the Wi-Fi which was a bit spotty and slow at times. , the hotel was a bit far from the city center which made it required a taxi ride to get there.
